Still the SAME

Gosh!
I still having the same weight, 53kgs. I thought I suppose to gain some weight after 1 weeks but I was wrong (even try to eat as much as I can).
I think I should put more effort on it so I on the schedule.

u got eat then sleep or not?
eat more meat, stop veggie and fruits, replace water with softdrinks...

err... sorry ya, if u follow the above instruction, i scared before u gain weight, u will get diabetes first...
